Returns Policy

All goods are sold subject to Consumer legislation in force at the time in the United Kingdom.

We will replace or refund most items, provided they are returned, complete, unused and in their original packaging within thirty days from receipt.

We cannot take responsibility for the actions of Custom Officers based in the country of receipt, whether their action results in delay or damage of the goods in transit.

Where an item has a fault that was present when it was delivered, or a fault that appeared soon after purchase, you may have the right to return it for a full refund, repair or replacement. Personalised items can only be returned or refunded if the item is faulty.  These rights do not apply in respect of fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or when you decide you no longer require the item.

The law gives you seven working days to change your mind and cancel an order except for goods made to your personal specifications. If you decide to cancel, you need to inform us in writing before or within seven working days after the day upon which you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us immediately. You have to pay for the cost of returning the goods.

We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if, in our opinion, they are not in a condition in which they can easily be made ready for re-sale. In particular, this will be the case where a)issues of hygiene are important, b) the original packaging has been disposed of or unnecessarily damaged, or c) the goods have been used in a way or to an extent beyond that which you would reasonably expect to find in purchasing the goods in a shop.
