The joining of the Red Rose of the House of Lancaster and the White Rose of the House of York, to denote the union of these two Houses on the marriage of Henry VII and Elizabeth of York.

This became the emblem of the Tudor Dynasty until the death of Elizabeth I and has remained a part of English Heraldry ever since.

The hand carved design is illustrated on both the Large Tudor Tankard and Large Medieval Jack, both are the same price.
